Pretty good but sometimes the lettuce is bad on wraps. They have the best mo cheese sticks in the hood. Check them out.

We used to love Westway but lately they've been extremely sloppy and are flat out rude. We ordered "waffle fries" and they delivered a "waffle". When we called them, they basically said they would send it now. 30 minutes later the waffle fries were still not here and the rest of the meal was ice cold. They did not care. They did nothing. We live 4 blocks from Westway and they waffle fries took 45 minutes. It's absurd.

I ordered from Westway because it was open late and the estimated delivery time read 15-30 minutes. Let's just say I got my food AN HOUR AND 20 MINUTES later. I called the restaurant after waiting almost an hour and was told the food had already left. 25 minutes later, it still didn't arrive and I live 5 minutes away. Food was decent, but def not worth the wait.

Dear Westway, I am usually never disappointed by your food, but this past order was a severe letdown. I ordered the lobster ravioli but you sent cheese ravioli instead (a $3.10 price difference, mind you), and I ordered a side of fresh mozzarella only to be sent deli-grade mozzarella instead (there is a huge difference). Moreover, no bread was included with my pasta order. I feel like my entire order was a waste of money. Do you even care about sending the food that your customers actually order? Please return to your former standards of service and I will be happy to order from you again.

Food was cold when it arrived. I ordered pancakes with 2 eggs and a side of bacon, but only received the pancakes. The toast was hard as a rock. The food at this diner is very good when you actually go there, but delivery is a waste.

The order took over 55 minutes to be delivered, despite the 15-30 min. guideline. When it arrived the food was soggy in the packaging they provided. The milkshakes were completely melted. My medium beef burger was well done and they forgot the condiments on the bun. The portion of fries was also very small. The milkshakes didn't taste too bad. But having waited so long we were almost not hungry anymore. This restaurant is only two blocks away, poor form. Poor service.

Food is adequate and serviced the late night cravings we had. But they left a part of the order out. When I called I was told it was because it was added as part of another order ( you know the way Seamless lets you make additional choices when ordering something..) The guy I spoke to on the phone sounded like I was to blame because I ordered it that way. I don't know if I will order from them again. I still believe in customer service and don't reward poor customer service with my business. But if I do, you know I won't do any combination.

The Cheeseburger was absolutely delicious, but the fries were undercooked and cold. They also only included one salt packet, with 6 pepper packets.

This place consistently sucks. They will serve your hot food cold, forget your sides, neglect the accoutrements, and then act with some attitude. Truly bad place. Must learn to listen to customers.

I ordered food this morning from them. It's an hour later and yet my food has not arrived. I had to call them to cancel the order and call seamlessweb to make sure I was credited. Nothing but a hassle and now I need to find somewhere else to order breakfast from.

Best dinner in NYC, we have lived in the neighborhood for several years now and visit this diner often. The food is great and very consistent in quality, staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is very family friendly (rarity in midtown) and stable (same crew for many years) diner is clean (no sticky menus or dirt all over the place) all around our favorite diner in in nyc. However, when we order from Seamless the service tends to be on the slower side, we live pretty close and it takes longer than we believe it should so that is why I can't give it the whole 5 stars.

Food took a bit over an hour to get delivered, and one of the two dishes was incorrect (a slab of meat sans bun instead of a veggie burger). The food was cold--probably wouldn't have been good warm anyway. First and last time I'll be ordering from this place.

I ordered from here against my better judgement. It was HORRIBLE. I ordered scrambled eggs which arrived cold and very runny. The eggs came with mashed potatoes, which were also cold and without any seasoning, and toast, which had been burned.

Consistently sends wrong food. Called to complain about wrong item sent and was lectured on what i ordered was correct. In reality the guy was telling me about someone else's order over again.

They have the worst service ever!!! I have never seen anyone so rude in my life after bringing the food an hour and a half after the due time. Also when I called in to see when the food was coming, they were just like we are very busy just wait!!! How rude!!! They ignored everything I asked, didnt even apologize and just hung up!! Never order from here ever again!!!

We ordered french toast and pancakes, which the menu states comes with butter an maple syrup, and even we even asked for extra, and we got none! We ordered choc chip pancakes, got plain. Received no utensils. When we called up to complain, the manager hung up on us! Will never order from them again. STAY AWAY!
